We moved here 6/07 and immediately began getting phone calls wanting to speak to Alex Miers. We told them no one by that name lived here nor do we know anyone by that name.
We have continuously received these phone calls for two years now. We have spoken to them personally and they have left recorded messages.in the recorded messages they leave a return number of 866-517-7458 and a reference number of 13284297. Our caller ID shows 862-222-3489.
We have been told on several occasions that our number would be removed and it has not.
I have called them back personally to speak to TJ and to a supervisor named Jay, explaining again, we are not Alex and do not know know anyone by that name. They continue to tell us they will remove our number and not call anymore, but they keep calling.
Two years is far more than being patient with these annoying phone calls that come at all times of the day and evening and night.
We should not have to change our phone number to be relieved of this agrivation.
