I have only ever held my license with High Profile Realty and I don't write a signifigant amount of business so last September when it took Chris a month to pay me my commission check I thought that was a little long but nothing too out of the ordinary.in between then and now I didn't close any deals and now I have my 2nd deal with Chris and it has already been 2 weeks waiting with no hope of getting paid in the near future...
Originally the excuses I got were the moving of offices and layoffs and that is what prevented him from paying me in a timely manner. I just went with the flow because I didn't know any better. Luckily it only took 1 month to get paid. Now with this closing I was talking with a friend who is with Keller Williams and she told me she gets paid the day of closing or the day after so I immediately started probing Chris for my check. I have gotten only empty promises and vague expectations...
DO NOT hang your license with Chris Hanson!!! After probing more with agents still in the office (seasoned agents that are still writing business and hold position titles with High Profile, I found that this is very common for all agents and that it's not a processesing issue but a matter of fact that Chris is just sitting on my money!!!)
