Comcast has the worst sevice I have ever seen... This company needs to be shut down... My servic (phone, internet, cable) went out July 15, they can't get a tech to my home until July 20... I know they have a policy that they must restore your phone service within 24 hours. They have ignored this policy. My husband is a seizure patient and i have two children at home. This is horrible... This is not the first time my services have been off for 5 or more days... The fcc should investigate this company... I cant even call 911 in case of an emergency... I can't call 911 if someone is breaking in... And when you call to set up a service call they ask you for a number that they can reach you one. Da da da they d... M number is not working. Or they stupid or what... I think they hire anybody that can pick up a phone... And they have fake supervisor that get on the phone and promise that someone will call you back this has happen to me on several occasions...
