They said I was approved for a loan of 5000 dollars and asked me to moneygram 700 dollars and they would deposit my loan the next bussiness day till this day July 15th still no money or refund

This company Cedarview Lending Group rip me off 700 dollars in a csam they took all I had and said they would send me my loan the next day still this day july 15th no money or refund. They even faxed me a contract signed by me and them, however they did not honor their part of the deal and I am out 700 dollars.
