I was contacted by Donald Wall of Cedarview Lending Group indicating that I had been awarded a loan of $5500. I was excited since I desperately needed the money. This was on a Saturday. On Monday, I called him back and he stated his congratulations of my loan (which was now $5000). He stated he would fax me the contract and I would need to sign and date it and send my "collateral payment" of $717 through money gram to Canada to Lateesha Post. My credit is so bad, I thought I probably would actually need a collateral good faith payment so I did this.
Then I was contacted by David North (supposedly the customer service manager) a few days later. He said there had been a problem with my collateral payment and because of my negative credit, the "secret lender" needed an additional $717 to secure the loan (good faith collateral). I was so desperate for money at this point, that I went and borrowed another $717 to send in.instead of paying it in installments (which is the great option they offer), I decided to send in the entire $717 because I was guaranteed a one business day return of the $5000. Needless to say, no money ever showed up in my account. If you are contacted by anyone from Cedarview Lending Group, do not be a victim of this scam! Please learn from my experience. These people are no good.
