I went on line to a loan company and then later checked my account and found that this company had deducted 33.98 from my account. I called and was told to go to this website cancelidtheft.com to cancel this account and filled it out. I called the number that they gave me 1-866-955-0870 and it tells me to call IDTheftrefundstatus to get the status of the refund (even if I'm even qualified for it) and give my confirmation number and then I get directed right back to the website. I did not authorize this from my account.
