I was looking to see if I could get a small payday loan online. I opened one up that came thru my email. I filled everything out, but decided not to go thru with the loan. The next day a charge of $31.98 was deducted from my account with out my authorization. I to called the number that was on my bank statement was was directed to a website. I put my information in and was told I would have an email stating whether I would be refunded.
When I talked to one of there customer service rep (yea right!) he told me that it was my fault and that I should have read the fine print. I didn't even apply for the damn loan. I have spoken to there customer service people three time and all it has turned out to be is a waste of time. I have since filed a claim with my credit union and they are investigating them.
