This company deducted $31.98 from my account without authorization. I had to get their phone number from my bank. When I called to get a refund, I was given a confirmation number and told the refund would be in my account within 72 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. When I called again I was told to check the status of the refund at www.idtheftrefundstatus.com, a website which does not exist. This kind of stuff should be against the law and this company needs to be put out of business ASAP.
