RE: Past Due Account with Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania
To Whom it May Concern:
I have been receiving calls from your office, and had even had spoken to a representative about my past due account with Citizens Bank here in Pennsylvania. These were overdraft charges from a checking account that I had there. I have never, ever received any written confirmation of this account from you whatsoever!
By law, you are supposed to send me written confirmation of this debt! Yes, this is a valid debt and I do owe money on this account. However, I had lost my job on Monday (July 6), my only source of income is my Social Security Disability, which I receive on the second Wednesday of every month, and I cannot make any payments on this account until I can find me another job.
Please send me out written confirmation of this debt as required under the FDCPA. And please, don't waste your time by constantly calling me! I am out of work right now, and for right now, I cannot make any payments on this account. My basic living expenses come first, such as my rent, cellphone bill, food, transportation, my electric bill, and my medical insurance. Anybody else that I owe money to is just simply going to have to wait! You will get your money when I can get it to you and that's that. Keeping a roof over my head, food in my stomach, my electricity running, and transportation, is far more important than these overdraft charges on my past due account!
Sincerely yours,
Nan E. Fagan
