Charged for property reassessment

I had been billed $179.00 to document reassessment for my property tax.

A software found complete an that might be sent to the county assessor's appeals board and check needed by 5/26/09 to complete evaluation on my home.

Today i am aware that is done free from the county assessor's office which i had been scammed. I'm a seventy seven old senior and up to the time thought that i had been aware of such transactions however it all seemed really standard and need the attorney general to include me for the list of grievances.
