I cancelled my order for Resveratrol Ultra, the same day that I had placed it on-line, because of the negative feedback I kept reading about other peoples experiences. I received a cancellation # and everything was o.K. Until I saw charges on my next bank statement. I called the toll free number and gave them my cancellation number and was told that I should have called a different phone number to cancel this service. They refused to credit my bank acct for the $5.95 charge imposed for a monitoring service, that I knew nothing about. How dare they do this! This has to be stopped!
