I too am a vitim of Greentree they are nasty if you tell them you dont get paid until the 2nd, they say well we want it by the 30th or we will pick it up.
You need to be out of the home now well I can't give what I dont have and I will not give a postdated check. Years ago they too added attorney fees 600.00 and my payment was there but no record. Now they have started adding 7.00 to my payment for this 600.00 that should in itself be illegal I am in for any lawsuit but how can we get together as they wont let us post email to contact? If you can find a lawyer to help post it and I will do the same I have written whitehouse.com please everyone do the same let the president's office know what they are doing they have to be stopped. If they send someont to my home i will call the law on them this is crazy i might be 30 days past but they always get a payment every month just not when they wasnt so they can bully me
