Still grabbing $ out of my checking account

Well... Checked my checking account this morning and the all too famiLiar NORTHERN LEASING payment is processing for $41.99 again this month.

The carrier of the services were kind enough to cancel us while leaving us $250.00 lighter for cancelling... Cancelled none the less and were helpful.

Called my bank and will have to make a trip to the branch to flag these Northern Leasing folks against further withdrawals. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to mail me a bill with a running tally and credit killing notices on our credit reports.

Anyone have any REAL answers on how best to deal with these folks?

I don't live far from NYC AND I do have freinds in the publishing industry that may be more than happy to help squeeze these lemons.

A short term fix would be appreciated if there is one. I believe we have a year left on our lease.
