Pending/rearranging order of posted transactions

I have had key difficulties with Woodforest keeping EACH AND EVERY BANK CARD deal in a pended standing for 5-7 times after which ordering the purchase they post the things within an try to overdraw the consideration to get the most quantity of NSF charges. I named customer support to protest since I've a product that's been imminent for pretty much per week!!! They explained that 'its not their problem - the retailers aren't gathering about the dealings; consequently, the things are pended". You suggest to inform me THAT EACH INDIVIDUAL VENDOR (since I have've been an associate of the financial institution) is waiting 5 - seven days to gather their resources???

I DONT THINK SO! They must be legally bound to publish the things within the purchase the purchases happen in the place of pending the things and altering the times of the pended product to replicate THE PRESENT DAY (not the day of the deal).
