We signed a loan contract to borrow 157K construction loan; tucson mortgage assured us that we would recieve the funding for the lot knowing that the lot was located in a flood plain zone. The city made us get alot of reports to get permits because of the flood plain, alot of time passed -1 year. When we finally were ready to build they refused to give us the funds claiming that their investor backed out. They did collect their commission which was 8k and another 8k to title and fees we never recieved a penny yet they were charging interest and now we are losing both of our lots. Trustee sales to pay the investor back that invested 16k for them to pay themselves off. She is also involved in their scam and we are basically losing our properties. Please contact us we are in the process of producing a documentary on predatory lenders and wanting to do some time of class action lawsuit against them. Someone needs to stop them! Do not sign anything for them they are crooks, and liars and have no concience. It is our hope that they go out of business. We are in the courtsystem suing them at this time.
