I received a very legitimate-looking letter from these people stating that I have won 1,850, 000 and to send to them a check for 19.00 for processing fees

I received a letter from Royal Crown Compendium Issuances telling me that I have won 1.850,000 and to claim the money to send to them a check for 19.00 to cover processing fees. I thought it was legitimate, it's very professional looking. I went online to check them out and found reports that they are a scam. Audrey Dalton, Pa.
