Accounting data dept.: michel factor, "prize monies assessor" sent me a "amount confirmed" check informing me i had won $1,850, 000. Just send $19.00 'compendium data fee' money order to process

Royal Crown Compendium Issuances sent me a letter informing me that I had won $1,850, 000.00 in their sweepstakes, I only had to tear off the 'check-like' portion of the letter and send a $19.00 money order for the "Compendium Data Fee" back to them to recieve my award monies at the 'Location for Direct Delivery' which was my home address. The letter I recieved was signed by Michel Factor, "Prize Monies Assessor".
