I received a letter stating I had won $1,850, 000.00. Upon examination of the letter I became suspicious. Especially the part where they wanted $19.00 from me before they would send it. The letter came from a Company called Royal Crown Compendium Issuances. Other clues include; it came bulk mail, no e-mail address, no phone number, no fax number.
