Mailed me a Payment Amount Notice stating that I have won 1.85 mil. This company is not legit!

Warning! Do not accept any letters from the Royal Crown Compendium Issuances stating that you have won 1.85 mil and all you need to do is send in a $19 money order for the Compendium fee.

You have not won anything and the State of NV and the Federal Government need to stop this individual (s).
