I noticed my monthly statement and realized that my annual percentage rate was raised from 13% to 27%. I haven't had any late payments. I called customer service and was treated like it was collections, the agent was arguing I had to pay the amount at all cost. When I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, he refused and started to shout at me. Then he got silent and put me on hold for about 15 minutes. When I was finally transferred, I got my rate lowered, the original minimum payment and I was told that I couldn't use my card anymore because using it would mean that I agreed to the new 27% interest rate. What a scam!
