I contracted this company in late 2008 to provide me with legal/audit/modification assistance since I was upside down on my primary home and was having trouble making my payments. They promised that they would assist me to conduct an audit of my loan documents in order to find issues and negotiate a principle and payment reduction with my lender. It was virtually impossible to speak with someone that could provide me with information regarding my "case". When I did obtain updates I was assured that it was being 'worked on". After more than 6 months, NOTHING was done with my case, except collect thousands of dollars from me for doing NOTHING. I believe that this company is a complete SCAM!!! Do NOT give them your money.
