Once the large deposit was received they became unresponsive and illusive

This firm offered commercial bridge loan financing of several million dollars in a detailed term sheet, took a large deposit as a condition of financing and then became largely unresponsive or cited vague reasons for not moving forward with the financing - clearly this firm is only interested in getting up front fees and is predatory in its business practices.
