My credit was not in poor shape prior to my involvement with Briggs and Baker. Rather, I simply sought out a method in which to best eliminate nearly $10,000 worth of debt. I signed up with Innovative Systems Technology dba Briggs and Baker (B&B) aka Debt Resolution Specialists, Inc. (DRS) in 3, and over a 2-yr period paid this company over $4,500 believing they were working with 4 creditors and eliminating the debts at 35% of the total, via a B&B program called Claims Management.

In mid, I began to receive collection notices from one of those creditors and was sued for nearly $11,000 by an attorney representing another charge card. My rep at the beginning of the program was Carlos Gordillo.in 8, I learned he was let go a year later.

I met with Luis Espino and Darren Albreicht in 8 to demand answers to why I was receiving collection notices, and being sued for debts that should have been settled by B&B in 2000.in short, they song and danced me, advising theyd call the attorney who was suing me, to see if they could get the interest waived. It never happened.

Throughout my contract with B&B, my phone calls were not returned; I never spoke to the same person twice from 2002.By September I learned of news reports that investigated the scam B&B was and continues to run. From October through January I filed complaints with the Southern California Better Business Bureau, the Dept of Justice, the Dept of Corporations, and the Federal Trade Commission. On 11-27, I sued B&B in small claims court for all monies I paid them.

Claims Management, as it was documented, was guaranteed to leave me with perfect creditenrollment in ICR, Inc. Credit restoration was included in Claims Management. ICR, per B&B, was to communicate with me and the credit reporting bureaus to insure prompt removal of any derogatory items.

Quite the opposite occurred.in fact, when I appeared in small claims court, Danette Guerrero, defendant for B&B, told the judge we dont have that program anymore. It is my belief that this caused the judge to rule for judgment in my favor.

Consequently, B&B/DRS has left me in dismal financial shape, which caused me to file for BK earlier this year. To date, I am STILL trying to collect on my judgment, diligently pursuing further legal action against B&B/DRS as I write this. Todd Baker is the CEO of Briggs and Baker and DRS, Inc. Todd created DRS, Inc. To evade the debts, liabilities, and mounting judgments taken against Briggs and Baker.

Dont be fooled: debt resolution companies simply do not resolve your debt they put you deeper into it. I now make it a point to tell my friends, co-workers and family to NEVER get involved with this type of a business. Take the matter into your own hands, save yourself the headaches that B&B/DRS victims are now up against and there are HUNDREDS of us out there.

And this victim will not go away until I have the green in my hands I dont care how long it takes. I will not go away. (ya hear me, Todd, Darren & Luis?)
