Todd Baker conitnues to evade lawsuits by the Department of Corporations, Department of Justice, American Contractors Indemnity Company, and numerous small and large claim lawsuits against him and his former Debt Reduction company, Briggs and Baker, by forming a new debt-negotiation business called DRS: Debt Resolution Specialists. After a year of almost automatic rulings at the Valencia Small Claims Court, Todd Baker has managed to intimidate (pay off?) enough judges to win lawsuits. He now has avoided most of this year's 25 lawsuits by filing and re-filing extensions, appeals, and Motions to Vacate on every case, including the ones where he originally promised to pay.

I have been fighting my small claims suit for over 6 months trying to collect. Each time I go to court on one of Todd Baker's new extensions, he has some new trick up his sleeve. I am disgusted with him and the court system. Stay out of court and deal with your creditors yourself.
