I got a call from Bank of America then I was transferrred to 21st Century Legal Services. They stated that they are currently working with B of A and can modify 98% of their loans. I talked to a man by the name of Monte at 909-483-6766 ext 305. He said they would need $2,445.00 to start the modification process and it would take 30 to 90 days to complete. I went to the site of California Attorney General and it is illegal for somebody to ask for money upfront to modify a loan without a contract first. I have filed a complaint with the California & Florida Attorney Generals. These people should be put out of business and arrested for fraud.
