We settled the corporation $1500 to get a mortgage loan modification in March. We posted all paperwork in March. They lay on our paperwork and didn't publish info to the lender until March. We were informed to phone-in every Friday for improvements. First, they told us it'd get a few months.
Today, we've since been approached by our lender questioning our loan modification, First Premier claims they're still waiting to listen to the end result.
We required to keep in touch with somebody and today they reveal that people aren't any longer permitted to keep in touch with anybody and they are expecting for anyone to be designated to the situation. Once that occurs, we are approached.
Complete ripoff, bad company.
