Since October 1999, Fairbanks has added thousands upon thousands of dollars to my mortgage also. Foreclosure papers were served to me on 3/16/03. I have since hired an attorney to fight these people for me. Fairbanks has 're-adjusted' some of their questionable fees, but there is still so much negative from this foreclosure that it is hard for me to even think of all the repercussions still to come.
If anyone knows exactly HOW to get a pay-off from Fairbanks, please let me know. Myself, my attorney, and my credit union have all been unsuccessful in obtaining this pay-off.
