I have been processing with Sam Chanin and Business Payment Systems and Tribul Merchant services for years. After I built up my residual to over $5000 a month they just stopped paying me and kept all my residual. They sent me emails with about 5 different reasons why. All of them proven lies! I believe these guys are just like Madoff! They need to be charged! Any one else who has had the same thing happen to them should call me at 203-503-7400
We are organizing all reps that have been robbed (thier money kept or taken without cause) by Sam Chanin. Mybe if we ban together a federal prosecuter will investgate and bring charges. All phone calls will be returned! Attorneys this might be a good class action suit if it can be shown they have been cheating agents all across the country!
