Was called by a telemarketer and stupidly gave my account information thinking that i would be receiving a credit card with a limit of 2500.00.
Called back one week later to ask some questions and then was told that it was not a credit card but a list of cards i could get approved for. I then changed the date of the debit, because i was told that it was too late to cancel it at that moment.
I changed the date for 2 weeks later and was going to call back and cancel the charge. The next day my account was charged 298.00. I called once again and told the rep that i was unhappy with what had happened and i wanted my money refunded. She then attempted to talk me into receiving the package, i told her i just wanted my money back, so she said that it would be 22-30 before the money would be refunded. It has now been 31 days and no refund.
