Please do not hire this bunch of liars to do a load modification for you. They will take your money and do nothing for you! Was promised by a person named C J Cahoon on several different ocassions that I would get my money back if they could not help me... They will never return your call if you leave a message... You have a very slim chance that you can actually get them on the phone at all. I starved my self for six weeks giving them 1000 dollars of my hard earned money which after I submitted a refund fax I only recieved 498 dollars back. Was informed by an employee Heather Hicks this was a processing fee I had agreed to in the beginning... What did they process that would have cost 500 dollars. This is bulls*t!!! They are going to get one third of your money if they do nothing at all... How do I know if they ever called anyone... These people are taking advantage of a bad situatuion by ripping off the people they are supposed to help. If could not help someone I would not take their money... I am filing a report to the attorney general regarding this matter... I hope imc financial burns in hell for what they do!!!
