I hired h&r financial to do a loan modification on my home. With a written contract that they would refund money if they could not do so. No services were performed and I was out the 2000 dollars. My loan officer, Staphanie Carona, contacted me personally said that they closed the doors and told me new name of company, Alpha and Omega financial. That her boss weanted her to charge me another 1000 dollars to continue my file. I have tried numerous times to get in touch but to no avail. They do not answer phone calls nor have they tried to get in touch with me to refund money. I have contacted California attorney general but have heard of nothing. Wish I knew where to find this guy I would pay him a personal visit.
