I never applied xoom.com but somebody employed my banking account and move cash to Vietnam with xoom.com. I had been attempting to contact xoom.com and fixed the problem. These were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Xoom.com is just a fraud and assisting thieves taking cash
Never use xoom.com.
