When I got Hired to clear financial Solutions the moment I walk into that door I felt something wasn't right about the place... During the interview I was told the company's name was MCR Equity Group Inc but when we were getting trained we were told when speaking to a client we will say we're calling from clear financial solutions. When ask why the company had two different names, a clear answer wasn't giving, all he said was we are MCR Equity Group INC but we just tell clients clear financial solutions, at the time I just thought something doesn't feel right about that.
While working for the company these people broke all the federal laws, 90 percent of the company's clients are disabled elderly people who they manipulate into giving them their money, they make promises to these people, that will save them at least 2500 on their credit cards by lowering their APR if not they will get a full refund and you know what they do not follow on their promises, they refuse these innocent people their right to get a refund. I started realizing that the company doesn't really care about these clients all they care about is getting rich off of each client. They ask us to lie and give fake names, they hang up on clients who demand a refund, they yell at them, they never return phone calls, if they say they are going to issue a refund they are telling lies, every time a client state they want a refund they get extremely upset and tell the client that they should expect a call within 48hrs but they never call.
After seeing all this happen I knew I was working for a vicious company, I went online and research this company and it turned out that it doesn't even exist, I read all these negative complaints about it online and that's when I knew It had to end. This company is also known by other names such as Independent Financial from california, Dynamic Financial, leverage 6 (clear). The correct address is 775 Warner Ln, Orlando, FL 32803 number 888-528-4438 runs by Jeff Stone and own by Chris Rubini, I have wrote the Florida State Attorney, these people are heartless, money hungry, manipulative, unethical monsters and will do anything to get rich, they do not care about quality but the quantity I chose to remain unknown for security purposes. They charge these clients tons of money to do something that could have been done themselves.
I regret ever being a part of this disgusting scam, which they say they aren't. A legit company doesn't change locations and names constantly, a legit company doesn't screen their calls and give fake names if there aren't anything to hide, I just hope the other clueless employees open their eyes and leave before its too late. Working for this company thought me a very important lesson, always research a company before you chose to work for them. I am extremely disgusted.
