Phone service was purchased May 9 and an additional one year was added at initial purchase. They sent 2 majicjacks and had to rma the second uit. The phone was disabled after the first year without notifying me although the second year was pre-paid. Cant check this as they confused the active unit with the returned unit in thier order format.
Have tried now for 14 days to renew and get the same thing over and over. I get an error message when trying to again extend the service. Every agent tries the same thing from a script that dont work when I go to thier support page. Every agent has promised they will get back to me Via e mail and nothing but empty promises.
These guys dont have a clue how to fix an internal problem and they take Your money and dont record it properly.
