I was contacted with the offer to get an unsecured, store-valued VISA card. At the time i asked what a store-valued VISA card was only to be told that the card had a $2500 credit limit and that I could use the card like any other credit card. (Later, after my own research on store-valued cards I learned that they are actually cards that you have to "charge-up" to use.)
Well the offer was too go to pass up since I am trying to repair my credit so I authorized for the money to be taken out of my checking account two weeks from the date of the call. Well due to an unxpected circumstance I had to call to get the authorization changed for another date. When I called they said fine and said that the payment would be changed.
That following Friday when the payment was orginally scheduled to be taken, it was causing my bank account to be overdrawn. The following Monday I called and asked for the amount to be credited back to my bank account they said okay and that it would be done immediately. Well I'm still waiting.
I'm also still waiting on my introduction packet that still has not come.
So now I'm going to take action... I'm not a rich person so I cannot afford to give away $221.95. I trusted the name Gobal Financial... The same company financed my parents home... Someone needs to answer to this ripoff...
