Global Financial offer an unsecured visa with a limit of 2500 dollars. But, it has fail to show up in the mail over a month later when it was promised...
I got the phone call from Global Financial on March 23. I thought its was a valid credit card offer that would give me a line of credit of 2500 dollars. As, I found out from searching the internet it was a scam.
I did not realize it until trying to call them for a month and getting no reponse. I'm really pissed off because I lost $221.95 for trying to build up my credit. So, now I have to fail a dibrute with the bank so I can get my money back.
