Dont work for a company that over promises and way under delivers. Irvine

I was hired by one of the managers Marcus Avritt. He had told me that the minimum a rep was making in his office was $7500. The average guy was making $10-12000 per month. According to him, the phones were ringing off the hook and they were doing 700-1000 loan mods per month. I found things to be totaly different.

I only made $1000 in 2 months and I'm having problems collecting what is owed to me. They make excuses on why the phones are not ringing. They blame miss calls in the morning but when talking to reps that work the early morning shift, that is not the case.

Also, in order to close a deal, you must go through a compliance manager.in my ooinion, these compliance managers are not experienced in closing deals. Some are as young as 22 years old and have no closing experience. Your hard work is put in the hands of these young kids only to have them screw up or close the deal for far less then you orginally had agreed to with the client.

The lead source they were using was terrrible. If and when the phone rang, usually you were dealing with people who could not afford to live, let along pay you $2500 or more for a loan mod. Also, one of my clients who did agree to pay the fees, was offered to pay by American Express, only to find out 2 weeks later that this company at the time could accept Amex.

To make matters worse, they accepted checks by phone but did not have the proper paperwork orginally signed by the client to process it. I had to go back to the client have have them sign a new form in order to process their electronic check.

As far a s receiving referrals, this would be hard to get when this company made me look so unprofessional. This company uses a revolving door policy with its employees. They have you come in for about 2 weeks, submit a deal or 2, then hope that you leave the company so they can keep the deals without paying you.

Every week Gil is training new reps to replace the frustrated reps who have left the week before. My suggestion would be to run as far away from this company as possible. The managers are great sales reps in promising a dream job which will never come true.
