I had been attempting to put up my online bill after establishing a merchant account using the department today. I had been locked-out since the geniuses in the lender corrected AND mixed my center and last name, thus making this really, long, clearly incorrect initial name with my first name as my last name. After I named to inform them I had been locked-out, and offered them my name, the girl about the telephone started to test me like used to donot understand my name. Certainly, you might determine after addressing all of the large concerns right, (like tackle, social protection, and last deposit) I'd understand what my name is. But no, they extended to frighten me, blaming me of impersonating somebody. What type of client instruction do these folks obtain, if any? Following a frustrating time of attempting to persuade them of who I had been, I quit and chose to close-out my account tomorrow.

America's Easiest Bank?

I believe not.

A lot more like, America's Most Ridiculous Lender.
