I had a gas card from Chevron for over 40 years. I did not have any problems with them until GE Money Bank took over the client list for them in April. From day one, I have had nothing but problems. I could not access my account online to pay them. I tried numerous times online, numerous phone calls to various people, talked with a few but they all sound like robots and to top all this off, they closed my account. Like I said, never a problem with the previous company Chevron used, but since GE Money bank took over, nothing but continous problems. I am paid them off and thank goodness for that. What a bunch of incompetent, unprofessional jerks. I recently sent a letter to GE Money Bank, Chevron, BBB, Attorney General, etc. I doubt that this will do any good as I had previously sent a letter to Chevron and did not receive an answer back. Guess they don't want people who pay their bills on time.
