Ack in I'd a charge card with Providian, and believed i settled it down. I had been mistaken. Our bill was evidently purchased by Erin Capitol, but I had been never informed, till i got offered a summons. I'd never actually noticed from Erin Capitol, plus they were suing me for that stability about the charge card, and because it was used to donot believe they might do this since 7 years had previously approved. I created several funds to Pollack and Rosen lawyer, after which ceased since i never once got a receiptor reputation of cost. Well, forward to so when i visit create a purchase, i discover they froze my bank account and required anything out-of my savings and examining balances, and put a 19000 money tax lein on my bank account. Today, next i sensed they'd me over a barrel, and created a cost agreement together. Iam currently spending $800 per month to Pollack and Rosen with 11% RATE, and i feel iam getting scammed. I have been spending since December and i still owe 6145.66. I never obtain a bill or declaration acknowledging cost. May they are doing this?
