Priority Direct Security Management
Priority Direct Credit card fraud

On March 8 I was contacted by phone by a young man who I assumed was a representative for my credit card company. He told me that there would be a way to lower the interest on my credit card. Like an idiot, I agreed to listen to the speech. What a disaster!!!

Long story, short. They promised that I would be able to save $2500 in interest and be debt free 2 to 3 times faster. Against my better judgement I agreed to look at their company. It was only at the end of the conversation that I realized I was not talking to my credit card company.

I was given the name of Priority Direct Security Management. Within 20 minutes after getting off the phone, I realized I had made a horrible mistake and immediately called my credit card company to stop any payment. Unfortunately, Priority Direct has already debited my account.

On March 9, I called the customer service number 866-404-2858 to let the company know that I did not want their services. I talked to a young lady named Marissa (who refused to give me her last name). She told me that she would have a sales manager call me.

After 3 hours and no phone call, I called a second time and this time Marissa told me that all the sales managers were at lunch. I asked for the mailing address of the company and was given 154 S. Madison in Spokan Washington. After the phone call I looked up this address on the internet and it appears to be a run down building catering to several small varied businesses. After looking at other peoples problems with this company, Priority Direct may really be stationed in Texas and Spokan Washington may just be a phone bank.

Before leaving work, I called a third time. This time I insisted that I was not going to get off the phone until Marissa had put me through to a sales manager. She told me that they were still not available, but that they knew I needed to be called, and that it could take up to 24 hours for them to return my call. I told her that it was not acceptable and that I wanted to talk to someone NOW.

A young man came on the phone and after giving him my name, he said that my information had not even been entered into the computer yet. He would watch for it, and as soon as it came across he would cancel the it and would call me at home to confirm the cancellation.

I never received the cancellation confirmation, so on March 11, I called 866-573-4745 (another number that Marissa gave me). This time I talked to a man called Arthur James. Arthur told me that my contract had been cancelled and that within 30 working days, my deposit would be credited back to my credit card account.

March 23, I received a message from a Pauline to call 877-354-5485, ext 206. I called the number and Pauline told me that to cancel, I would need to fax a letter to her requesting the cancellation. Again, she indicated that it would be about 30 days before I received the refund. I faxed her the letter that day.

April 23, still no refund so I called the 877-353-5485, ext 206 number. Pauline is no longer at ext 206 and had to leave a message for a Chris at that extention. I called the number again—minus the extention number and was sent to the next available sales person. As soon as I explained who I was and what I wanted, she immediately clammed up, told me that I would have to leave a message that she was busy with something else, and she put me over to another message machine which explained that they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Refusing to give up, I called the number again and this time got through to a Gary. Gary said that my contract had been cancelled and that I was scheduled for a refund on 4/29.

It is now May 8th and guess what&still no refund. I keep calling and still keep getting message machines and no answers.

Anyone out there. Do not, under any circumstances have anything to do with this company. This has been a very costly mistake on my part (and I do admit that I must have been insane to fall for this). I am going to keep trying to get my money back (took them 15 minutes get paid-performed absolutely no service-and has taken me over 2 months of hassle with no results)
