Since Feb 09, I have constantly attempted to contact the annuity dept in reference to withdrawing funds due to unemployment and lack of jobs! The only contact in that dept is voice mail - which there is no response by the company!
As of today, there is still no response by them - except their sales dept for other programs! (Why would I consider other ins from them when this conflict is on-going?) A good source recommended to send a notorized and certified letter to them. This is a step for a law suit for my incurred losses due to the incompetence of their staff members.
If insurance companies operate in this capacity for IRA & Annuity retirement accounts, what happens to claims for traditional insurance?
