Back in Feb I sent my first request to withdraw funds or close the annuity with them by mail due to unemployment. The past 3-weeks I made several attempts by phone to contact the Annuity Department in reference to closing the account. The only contact to this dept is via voice mail.
Due to the fact of lack of jobs and still unemployed - I need these funds. As of the present there has not been any response by their annuity department.
