Mishandled my account and wants me to pay for their incompetence

I received a letter from the Attorney Generals Office and the State of New York Banking Department that this matter is forwarded to the Office of the Comptroller of Currency. Because I am a pro-active individual I personally contacted this agency to find out how long it would take to resolve this issue. After talking to a representative I decided to also file my complaint directly within instead of waiting for them to get the complaint from the NYS Banking Department.

Since Chase took over this Washington Mutual liability I informed the Executive Office of my actions taken to resolve this matter. They informed me in writing that due to the pending litigation JPMorgan Chase Bank, N. A may not comment further at this time. I thought I was going to handle this one myself again. But I decided to let my Attorney take over because Andrew Taweel is the second person that abused his position and messed with my name in the past eight years. These unconscionable actions are putting my life at risk and enough is enough!
