Let me frist start off by saying when i opened my account when this happened i had the banker garuntee there would be no fee's no charge's as i was already tired of by seeing my family ripped off. And then a few week's later he call's me and say's do you remember when we talked about how you had to open up a checking, account, online bill pay, numerous other thing's i cant remember, so you dont get a fee' i basicly siad yea i guess so,
Well here's the story one day i used my checking card purchased a swisher sweet stogey from the store a pop i believe came to about $2.00 on the same day we we at mcdonald's i was hungry purchased a double cheese burger is that a crime to be paid? While it was still on the Dollar menu about $1.07 Total about $3.07 i took a few dollars out of the bank i made sure i had enough in there so i didnt recieve any fee's a little extra for any purpose so on the same day i had $10.00 in my well's fargo account about the next day well's fargo stole $8.00 from for a fee. Well wells fargo didnt charge my few dollars worth of purchases the same day so my balance came about to -$1.07they charged me two fee's of $35.00 over the Limit fee some how they feel i owed them $135.00 for $3.00 worth of purchases is this right?

On to the second round
My family had this like Loan checking account to write check's into a Loan account with a Maximum amount $5,000. They can withdraw they have paid down very high amount's somehow it Zoomed back up to $5,000 dollar's
The Reason Why? They Paid to Early so they were screwed with a fee for Paying too f*ing early!!! How sick n disgusting is that? Oh & then an Over the Limit fee caused by there scam artist trickery fee' just like above anyways we just cant get away from well's fargo and there unscruplous Business Practices dealing with Year's of torment abuse, & harrasment from there phone operator people trying to force us to sell everything we own to pay them. Picture it this happens constantly every day 7 time's a day for year's. They have paid thousand's of dollars & the Balance still remains the same not to mention are well broke 4 years having to load a truck with a tank of water into barrels 2 time's a week kinda hard to flush the toilet or take showers without water so picture are life thank's to well's fargo.
Is it higly unreasonable to sue them for $135 million dollar's? For there $135.00 fee for $3.00 worth of charges n fee's it is there way of doing thing'seven at a minimum of $135,000 please contact me if you have been done wrong in the same way or if you're a pay if you win lawyer.
