Ripoff, liars, and deceptive trade practices ripoff swindlers

Hi fellow victims of Ocwen. I have a question for anyone out there who can answer it. I don't dare call Ocwen.

In the "annual" forbearance agreement, there is a statement that concerns me. That is, where ocwen can terminate the agreement if "you transfer ownership of the property" with out their permission.

My question is this. Texas is a community property state. If I were to get married, then my new husband would own half of the property.in the event of my death, he would own it all... Now, do I have to ask big brother Ocwen for their blessing prior to getting married?

Any answers any one? Kweku, if you read this, let me know...
