Eight Days later the vehicle was repossessed sighting no car insurance although a copy of the policy was submitted at the time of obtaining the loan and again after the repossession. We were charged repossession and storage fees and on top of that we did not have use of the vehicle and were treated very rude disrespectful and the first payment was not even due yet.

My delima began when my husband needed to obtain additional cash to operate his business a short term loan in the way of a car title loan, was his answer to the situation. I sought out PALISADES CAPITAL (NV) LLC dba CAR CASH LOANS the repeated television commercial made this company appealing as it seemed fairly simple.
Well we went to their establishment which appeared to be a fly by night operation from the looks of it I got an eerie feeling even before entering as we had to be buzzed in and after entering we were greeted by an
plain clothed armed man with a gun. All doors entering the non private open floor office was controlled electronically.
I questioned as to why such heavy security;are loans given in cash? We quickly found out the necessity for such security measures. After issuing a spare key and the title to car and having a lo-jack installed on the vehicle by the company we were out the door with a check for $7,000.00 to be paid back within 30 days of issuance as we stated tothem.
The following day we noticed that our vehicle doors, trunk and gas cap was open and this was not possible unless you had a key to the vehicle and there was only one other key and it was in my possession.
