Great at Screwing Customers... Let them Fail No more TAX Money SYRACUSE

I have a credit card with BOA. I have had it for 7 years. I went to pay my bill online which was due Sunday. I got online Saturday and it would not allow me to put Saturday's date it automatically put in Monday's date.

I got hit with a late charge and an over limit fee. I called them up and the supervisor said she could remove the over limit fee and 1/2 of the late fee. I said I wanted it all removed, she refused.

I have been a good customer and have one other account with them. I am going to close my other account because it just goes to show you BOA doesn't care about their customers. My interest rate is now 27.24%.

I called them back the next day and talked with a different supervisor and she told me this is their policy. She said if I made a payment by phone on Saturday (which I would have to pay a fee because I don't have a checking account witth them) I would have avoided the late fee. Does this make any sense???

I say let bank of america fail. No more tax money!
