These company's have ripped off hundreds of homeowners across the US. If you are one of the desperate homeowner who was promised a 100% refund and all you get is the 100% run around? I sugguest you make the call to one of these agencies and report them ASAP! These people have ripped off Millions of dollars and left many of thier employees with out a paycheck.
