I signed up for the 30-day free trial with Identity Guard via the internet. Prior to the 30-day expiration I tried to cancel online but it would not let me. Emailed and they sent a phone number so I called and they won't let me cancel because I used my husband's name (all our accounts are joint). He is not available (out of the country) and they insist that even though I could open the trial membership I can not close it. Guess I will have to file a chargeback or dispute when they bill me.
